A few months ago, I was sent a message from an artist in Cali who started a project collecting ‘Hello my name is’ stickers decorated by other graffiti and sticker artists around the globe. Would I want to participate? Hell yeah! Sounds like fun and I’m honored to be included in the list of desirables. So without further ado… my humble offering.
Hawaii hard to the C-O-R-E, S1-Atomic will rock your blocks off then wag a finger at your silly school girl tricks. So of course Banana Grafeeks was more than happy to help them put their best foot forward… Their mission? Spreading the truth about this nation’s current dictatorship and pathetic self serving lifestyles to a generation thirsting for truth. Parch from years of being spoon fed steady diets of Real World reality dissolution and saturated fat with their sides of Celexa.
There’s a new menu in this town… The main entrees? Black Square, 86 List, S1-Atomic, and Upstanding Youth are just to name a few of the local bands here in Honolulu challenging all that we’ve been told we have to accept, and they’re not just doin’ it… they’re doin’ it well!
